Scope Of Services

               We provide our professional services having the successful completion of project our utmost goal.  We offer our services to the construction industry participants:

To Owner / Owner Representative:

                    As an Owner your focus is on your revenue on the large investment involved on most construction projects.

                    As an Engineer, your focus is to deliver an efficient and safe building. We will improve your image by timely completion of projects, on budget and to the specified quality standard. We will advise alternate materials and systems and prepare price analyses and value engineering. You may need technical support in the area of Contract Administration, Change order assessment, processing monthly invoices, etc. 

                   DEVELOP will assist you in seizing tight control on project and avoid cost overrun and claims from Contractors for deficient design or additional work. We can assist in technical specification writing and in drafting Contract conditions of particular application, for example Contract clauses addressing; e.g., Cost/schedule controls.  We can establish the structure for each project Bill of Quantities following the CSI format.

                We will administer coordination meetings including preparation of meeting agenda and MOM, communicating and following-up actions to concerned parties, highlighting potential problems and working on resolving them with concerned parties, etc.

To Contractor:

              As a Contractor your focus is bilateral: cost and time.  DEVELOP will assist you in seizing tight control on project progress. DEVELOP elaborately study Contract Administration issues such as contract drafting, change orders assessment and claims preparation, substantiation, negotiation and settlement, etc.  

               We may train your own staff on the applications of modern construction management and control techniques, or we can carry it all through the project life. 

               We offer customized billing systems for monthly invoice processing.  We can fulfill your needs for Quality Control and advise you of possible solutions and alternatives. 

               You may subcontract DEVELOP for the supervision or execution of challenging projects that require our capabilities to meet deadlines and milestone completion dates.
